Refund policy

Return Process:

  1. Request a return through our customer service zimportcompany@gmail.com 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. You must send a photo of the defective or incorrect item next to the order’s airway bill on the shipping flyer.
  3. The returned item will be picked up by our shipping company within 3–5 business days.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a defective item

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
